Create an Account

How to creat an account?

1. Fill in the Account Creation Form, click here and complete the requested data and documents

2. You will receive an email with the subject “Your Odoo account at BKI Academy”

3. Click the link provided to create or change a password

4. After you create or change your password you will get an email

5. You have successfully created an account

Order for Public Training

How to order?

1.  Sign in to your account.

2. Click the Shop menu and select the training you want to attend.

3. Fill the number of participants and click add to cart.

4. Click process checkout and fill in the requested data, click next then click pay now.

5. You will receive an email from with the Subject "BKI Academy Pending Order".

6. Please open the email and click "Accept & Sign Quotation" at the body of the email.

7. Click Accept & Sign on the openned page then select Draw, Auto or Load for your signature then click Accept & Sign to be registered in our system.

8. Our team will contact you and will send you a link for confirmation order form to ask another data and some training document requirements.

9. Fill the data required in the confirmation order form then submit it.

10. Our team will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice if needed.

11. Make a payment 3 days before training conducted.

12. Our team will contact you for technical implementation of the training.

Order for In-House Training

How to order?

1. Contact Us via "Contact Us" menu, fill the required data, fill the training needed on the Subject field and mention the training method either classroom training (offline) or live training (online) and number of participants on Your question field.

2. We will contact you and send the quotation.

3. You will receive an email with the Subject "BKI Academy Pending Order".

4. Please open the email and click "Accept & Sign Quotation" at the body of the email.

5. Click Accept & Sign on the openned page then select Draw, Auto or Load for your signature then click Accept & Sign to be registered in our system.

6. Our team will contact you and will send you a link for confirmation order form to ask another data and some training document requirements.

7. Fill the data required in the confirmation order form then submit it.

8. Our team will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice if needed.

9. Our team will contact you for technical implementation of the training.

10. Make a payment 15 days after Invoice and tax invoice received by email.

Order for Reissued Certificate

How to order?

1.  Sign in to your account.

2. Click the Shop menu and select the reissued certificate on other category.

3. Fill the number of reissued certificate you need and click add to cart.

4. Click process checkout and fill in the requested data, click next then click pay now.

5. You will receive an email from with the Subject "BKI Academy Pending Order".

6. Please open the email and click "Accept & Sign Quotation" at the body of the email.

7. Click Accept & Sign on the openned page then select Draw, Auto or Load for your signature then click Accept & Sign to be registered in our system.

8. Our team will contact you to ask some and reissued certificate document requirements.

9.  Prepare the data and document required then send it to Us.

10. Our team will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice if needed.

11. Make a payment.

12. Our team will contact you for certificate delivery.

Payment

Payment of training fees or other orders can be made by bank transfer via Bank BNI account number 337.7333.881 an. PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero).

Cancellation

1. Cancellation of registration can be done a maximum of 10 days before the training starts and at least 3 days before the training starts

2. Cancellation of participant participation after receiving a confirmation letter of participation 1 working day before the implementation date / D day will be subject to a 50% fee and cancellations on the implementation date / D day will be charged 100%.

3. If the cancellation is made by BKI Academy, all training fees will be returned to the participants, refunds will be processed no later than 30 days after the date of training cancellation.

4. Please contact us for order cancellation by sending an email with the subject "Re: Sales order number" that you received earlier and just say requesting cancellation in the body of the email.
