If you are not satisfied with any digital product that you have purchased from BKI Academy then you are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. If you request a refund more than 30 days after the original product purchase date, you will not be given a refund. and there are no exceptions to this rule. Physical Products
Any physical products that you have purchased from BKI Academy cannot be returned. All refunds will be processed no later than 30 days by our financial team.
